I lived on the newer side near Packard in a two bedroom 750 sq. ft. unit. I thought that the place was fair for the money. I paid 685 for a two bedroom. Although, there were kids that needed supervision, and domestic disputes downstairs. For the most part it was quiet. I thought it was good when I was in graduate school, however now I need an upgrade. The place does have "undesirable" people living in it, and I beleive if the management would replace the appliances and the fixtures and raised the rent and added a security deposit this would be enough to move out the riff raff, and it would be a great place to live.
