I decided to move into Spicetree and it was a HUGE mistake. I HATE living here. The dishwasher is ancient, cant clean anything and had mold inside of it on move-in.


This is also like living in a frat house. Its filled with college students who act like children whos parents are out of town. They stand and block the enterance to the building all day smoking and leaving trash all over. When they stand downstairs in the front of the building (usually in the a.m. hours as well) it sounds as if theyre in my living room because the windows are old and drafty. In fact the walls and floors seem paper thin because you can hear people sneeze across the hall, its seriously bad.


People have dogs that they leave home alone all day so they end up barking/howling/yapping all afternoon all week long. If you leave your car door unlocked for 10 minutes someone will get into it and take everything loose they can grab. I had someone get into my car the second day I moved in and take the change out of my change holder (mostly pennies). The fact that the grounds and parking lots are hardly lit at night doesnt help either. I do not feel safe coming in and out at night and the building doors (which do have locks on them) are not used which makes NO sense.


Overall this is a terrible place to live and makes me want to move back to Schooner Cove.
