Not the worst, but only by a little.

We have lived in 3 different apartments here, 2 differnt 2 bdrms, and the micro-mini one bedroom. All of which had 1960's appliances/fixtures.
The diswahers were newer, and the carpets were clean.... BUT, The walls have cracked up and have been repaired pooly, and there is evidence of poorly repaired water damage. The windows seal so badly they may as well not be there at all. You have to run the heat so much in the winter due to the drafts you can't get above 30% humidity even with a really good humidifier running 24/7 (i.e. you will shock everything you touch!). Thank god you don't have to pay for heat here!!!
The neighbors in each place above us were abnoxious and very loud until all 3-4am, and the management did nothing about it even after filing many offical complaints.
You will find flyers about car break-ins and apartment theft all over the complex, so if this prospect bothers you, MOVE ON TO THE NEXT APT LISTING!
Many of the tennants also leave their trash in the hallways (I guess they think it's a "nice" touch of decoration). Nice management, but lots of crappy tennants and the actual apartments need massive renovations.
