this place was nice for the first few months I lived here. I was promised a patio and last minute I was told I couldn't have one. That was upsetting but I needed to move.
The walls are paper thin and the loud ass people who lived above me had driven at least two people out of this building the first year I lived here. I was the third, even w/ all the complaining the staff did nothing about them. My car was broken into, my flowers had been stolen right out of the ground. People walk their dogs w/o leashes and there is dog crap all over the grass. The appliances are SUPER old, my ceiling and walls had water damage and cracks that were poorly "repaired", the windows are old and DRAFTY! Most of the maintenance are nice, except fo the head guy who is a sexist jerk! The office staff is friendly, but don't take care of important business, like evicting idiot tenants. It is a very loud complex, with LOTS of shady poeple living in it.
The parking is poorly lit and unsafe.
The snow/ice removal was horrible, I fell all the time in the ice rink they call a parking lot.
Do not move here unless you have no where else to go- it isn't worth all the trouble.
