I've lived here since late August 2003 and haven't had many issues except neighbors. As everyone else has mentioned, many neighbors are quite inconsiderate of their loud noise levels. If you are nice to staff, they will be nice to you and they will help you out with it, as long as you remain your biggest advocate and try to work it out with your neighbors.

I haven't felt a big community vibe here and don't really know many neighbors. Some of them are pretty nice while others are just standoffish. If you don't care about that type of thing, you'll be fine.

Many people have gotten their cars broken into and Spicetree is good about informing its residents about being more vigilent. If you leave all of you expensive stuff in your car, it's going to get broken into where you live in this city. Just be smart about it and that's not Spicetree's fault if you can't be street-smart.

There are security locks on the doors now and that gives added security. I wouldn't go for a late night or early morning stroll alone though. The police are very great about responding quickly and being very cool about it.

The walls are thin and you can hear loud conversations. You can also hear it when your neighbors take a shower but if you can get used to that, you'll be fine.

Parking isn't bad. It really depends where you live in the complex. I've never had a problem parking in front of my door. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
