Cheap and large! Those are Spicetree?s best qualities. Our one bedroom apt was 800 sq. ft. Rent was only $635/mo. Maintenance was friendly and responsive. They allow large breeds of dogs, even Rottweilers which was a plus for us. They even waived the security deposit becuase we were students. The only deposit we payed was the $100 pet fee. There is lot?s of parking. There are two pools, which I never had a chance to use but looked nice. Overall, this was a great apartment and if I still lived in MI I would gladly stay at Spicetree.



Oh yeah, they gave us a brand new dishwasher after a month when all they needed to do was replace the motor on the old one.
