I am disappointed in Spicetree Apartments.
The windows are old, very drafty, and leak.
It is unsafe due to robberies in the parking lots and apartments.
We've had cops knock on our door Sat. morning to ask if we've heard gun shots.
Maintenance has been in our apartment numerous times because they don't always fix the problem the first time.
We'd leave now if we could afford the $1200 to break our lease early. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
