I didn't live there, but my best friend did. There were a lot of shady people around- sitting on the front stoop, wandering around looking in cars, congregating in the parking lot for no known reason. They always stop talking & stare at attractive young women, making you feel very uncomfortable. My friend had a roach problem, trust me it was NOT her fault, they must have been coming in from neighbors. The kitchen was very gross looking, old cabinets that were falling apart- a real eyesore. I realize that it is very cheap rent for Ann Arbor, but that is all it has going for it. I never felt comfortable there- and she was very happy to move out.
