Looking for something cheap on Washtenaw, then Spice Tree is the place for you.
Personally I didn't have any problems living here. Management was good, quick response to problems. Cheap cable and internet (got a flyer from the management with special discount).

Apartments are prety old, kitchen cabinets look ugly, no patio, well can have pets!!

Overall it was decent experience.
