I have lived in spicetree apartments for almost 3 years. My experience has been a very good one. June the manager is a very busy women but she makes time to sit down and talk to residents. The office staff is very polite. I've had a couple of different issues where the office was very helpful. In 3 years I've had a total of maybe 4-5 work orders for small issues in 2 different apartments, a one and two bedroom. One of my roomates left me with a 2 bedroom bill because she was only an occupant and i was the lease holder. After months of paying the rent myself I had a meeting with management. Not only were they helpful but the office went out of there way to relocate me in a one bedroom apartment. Worked with my rental payments. A lot of the residents come to spicetree for specifics. A place that is clean, decent, responds to work orders in a timely manner, and understands their residents are people too, not just dollar signs. If you are a student that needs a place to live thats not expensive located between u of m and eastern then spice tree is the place for you.
