I have lived in SpiceTree since August of 05 and I love it so far. My roommates and I put our names in very early and got everything we wanted including location, floor, courtyard, and 1/2 bath. They even gave us a rent special when they assigned our apartment and it's a great deal. Our apartment is very spacious, nice carpet, and we're all very happy with it. We've had a few minor maintence requests but they're awesome about filling them normally coming within an hour of calling about a problem. Plus the guys are all very friendly and personable which is really nice. Just this morning a guy came to repair a hole that was Comcast's fault and asked if we had anything else he could could cover over while he was here and he fixed the holes we had below a shelf my boyfriend just built. I've never had a problem with parking and I've never felt unsafe living here. I think SpiceTree has a bad rep and it needs to be revamped somehow. I mean, sure stuff happens here but things could happen anywhere. I highly recommend this place for students like myself.
