It was gross and very loud. It is made for undergraduate students.

Well, I looked at a showroom and it seemed pretty nice, but that is just the showroom. I was wondering if the actual apartments were much different from the condition of that one?

YES. The cabinets are much older than in the model, carpets aren't as nice, bathroom is usually a little smaller.
