When I first moved in the neighborhood was really nice. Not a lot of kids or noise. Aside from the fact that the floors are REALLY thin (the floors would rattle when my 3lb pet ran across them), it was nice.
The second & third year started going down hill. The maintenance and staff has always been great, but the price of the apartments and the quality were incompatible. Then the neighborhood started to feel less safe. In addition, I took a spot on the first floor, and had a bedroom window that the wind blew right through (making it MIGHTY cold in the winter).
If I were you, I'd keep looking and spend a little more money for something with better quality.
