Honestly, this place is better than most. The staff is very friendly and willing to help. The apartments themselves are decent. It is an older building so it looks a bit dated but despite this, they are kept up well. The maintainence crew are quick and efficient. We've never had any problems. Since it's located in between Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti, you will get a mix of people with a definate mix of lifestyles. My building is relatively quiet with decent neighbors but there are certainly a fair share of sketchy looking ones around the complex as well. It is a bit noisy but nothing too extreme. If you're parking lot side, you will likely hear someone sitting in their car with the raidio on. All in all we've been satisfied.
