I've really liked it

This is my 2nd year lease in SpiceTree. I live in the large 2-bedroom and with 3 of us, and we have plenty of room and lots of storage space. The walk-in closets are huge which is awesome. The master bedroom is huge also, my roommate and I have 2 beds, 2 desks, a dresser and a bookshelf and still have plenty of space to move around. We haven't had to call for maintenance too many times, but when we have they always come the same day, usually within an hour or so. And they're all really nice, usually waving or saying hello when I see them around the complex. Parking is never a problem, I can always park right in front of my building door. My only real beef with this place is the fact that lazy residents don't pick up after their dogs. As a dog owner myself, I find it quite irritating to have to dodge the poop on the grass when I take my own dog out - even RIGHT in front of the dog pick up stations! I mean how lazy can you get'' I wish they could better enforce that around the complex. It's worse in the winter than in the warmer months but it's a pain any time of the year. The pools are also really nice, I enjoyed them whenever I had the chance. This is definitely a good place to start as far as apartments are concerned.
