Decent but not the best

I've lived here for a little while and for the most part I like it.
One complaint I have is that the maitnence people tend to ignore serious problems.
Our security door was broken (it didn't close at all) by the idiots who lived upstairs and it took over a month for them to fix it.
And the people who live upstairs have 5 vehicles for the two of them.
Our parking lot is large enough, but there isn't a lot of extra space.
These two people park over the lines and take up more than one space per car, which means I sometimes have to park on the street.
I wish the apartment complex would do something about that.
Other than that they are great.
The snow removal has been awesome, they even leave salt in our hallway for us to put out if we need it.
I would totally recommend it, although it is a little pricy for the level of luxury.
