I have lived in Spruce Knob for almost 3 years now and I don't really want to leave. The price is very reasonable when compared to the rest of Ann Arbor. Even though it is not the largest or newest complex, it is comfortable and clean. The office staff is unbelievable. They are all so nice and they know everyone's name. It is also a great location in a quiet neiborhood.
