i think the only thing that people like is the fact there are few students here. neighbors are very unfriendly and make no point to say hi or anything. you have to pay for ALL of your utilities and they base your water bill on a formula - that is ridicioulus. i only moved here because its soooo close to my job but i am moving next month as soon as my lease is up. the apartment is not good, and theres been numerous maintaince requests that have been ignored.
