I have lived here since 2003 and I love it. Is it the best looking place' No. But it has been a wonderful experience. The staff is great and very accomidating. I have had maintenance requests and they were all handled the same day. My blinds fell down on the day I was going to get my Christmas tree and the maintenance guy came in from shovelling snow and took care of it without me having to make a report on a weekend.

I feel that the rent is a bit high and I will be moving simply because I can't afford Ann Arbor prices anymore. If I could, I would stay in Spruce Knob no questions asked.
