Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2006
 
This place has changed a lot over the past few years. Use to be nice and quiet. They have jacked the rent up even though the neighborhood is going downhill. Ever since the condo block was built we get more and more blackouts every summer. The management has a blas'e attitude with complaints.
