Very good maintenance

I've lived in several apartment complexes in and around Ann Arbor and Spruce Knob, by far, has the best maintenance staff I've seen. I've never had to wait more than a day for them to show up, no matter how minor the request was.
The walls are relatively thick, too. I've never heard any of my neighbors' music or noise.
My only complaint is the parking spaces are too narrow. And there's not enough of them.
