Great staff says it all

I have lived here for almost a year and although its expensive (it is Ann Arbor!) and had a few maintenance calls its a great place to live.
Recently I looked into renewing my lease which I knew would be costly since I also have to deal with school expenses. The staff created an excellent deal and listened to my circumstances instead of brushing me off. As a result I'm renewing my lease here although I'll be paying a few bucks more, its MUCH LESS than what I expected they would give me.
Also the neighborhood is excellent, if you like to talk a walk or jog its the best just to see the houses nearby. Also its location is great, you're pretty close to downtown but far enough away from the UM students (which I believe is a good thing!).
Overall, the staff makes living here worth it, and that makes a big difference to me!
