PROS
Great maintenance staff - I came home from being out of town to find my pilot light was out and at like 11 PM Sunday night they came by and re-lit it for me. Also came in an killed a really big spider for me that had gotten in (not sure how it got in b/c it was HUGE!!)
Recycle bins by the trash - but they were always full

CONS
not enough parking - at the end of the day the lot is full and people are parking on the street.
Noisy - I could hear the neighbor upstairs use the bathroom.
LOTS OF DOGS - they bark all the time, one will bark and it sets off all the others - anytime anyone walked in the public space in the back the dogs next door would bark louder and more viciously.
Freeways noise - didnt bother me too much but it could bother some people
Laundry only in end units - walking outside in the snow to another building to do your laundry in the winter SUCKS!
If you like to cook, they only have electric stoves and the "galley" kitchen shuts you off from the rest of the apartment - bad layout.
As for the staff - Debbie is just what all the bad reviews suggest - a total fake. And PAttie is nice enough but unless your name is "joe" dont expect her to pronounce it correctly.
Lots of bugs if you live on the ground floor but I think that is pretty much to be expected of apartments in Ann Arbor - lots of house centipedes.
