Good place to live

Years at this apartment: 1998 - 1999
 
Although I moved out because the rent price increased by $70 after the first year, I enjoyed living there.

The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. There are no roaches or other common pests. However, there are some wormlike, but fast moving insect that do often show up near the wall edges.
