I've lived at The Highlands for a little over a year. The management is really great. Maintenance is wonderful. They are always prompt and ready to help you. The snow is cleared off in the parking lots in the winter pretty quickly. The pool is maintained well. Laundy rooms are conveniently located in each building. There are even park-like barbeque grills available. Management takes in packages when you're not there, unless you object to them accepting your packages.

It's pretty quiet. There are quite a few engineering, music, and art students.

I give the place very high recommendations.
