i have been a college student (both undergrad and grad) for the last six years, living in various different apartment complexes and talking with friends who have lived in various different apartment complexes. the management team here at Traver Knoll is the best by far. i have lived places where i would never talk with the management, but here i know them by name. vice versa, they know everybody living in Traver Knoll by name.

you cannot find a better place to live in Ann Arbor. both students and families live here--from association i would say most of the students are grad students working on North Campus. the rent is fair, the apartments are spacious, the lawns are well-maintained, and during the winter the parking lot is regularly plowed.

on the apartments themselves, they have central air, coin-laundry, and plenty of storage room. maintenance requests with the management are always handled in a timely manner.
