Going down hill like a bat out of hell

With old management, this was a stellar place. That's why we renewed our lease each year without a doubt. Now with new the management, repairs are not fixed within a timely manner. Recently, the bathroom has needed repair, and each time I have to clean up his mess. Before, the majority of repairs were fixed the same day, and now who knows when things will be repaired' This morning I called the office about the AC and water leaking on the floor. As of tonight, it is still leaking and I have paged them twice and still no response. If this is still not fixed by Monday, we will have a swiming pool in our bedroom.
We miss HIGH-QUALITY management!
