I USED TO LIVE THERE WHEN MIKE AND MARIE OWNED TRAVER KNOLL. I THOUGHT THAT THEY WHERE GREAT AND THE PLACE WAS KEPT UP WELL WITH A 98% POSATIVE RATING. I MOVED OUT AFTER THE NEW LANDLORDS (SLUMLORDS) PURCHASED THE PLACE. FROM THE START THEY BREACHED OUR CONTRACT AND FAILED TO PROVIDE WHAT THEY WHERE REQUIRED BY LAW TO DO. BEST MOVE I EVER MADE.

slumlards is right! i had a health issue in my apt, and it took them THREE months to fix it. apparently notifying them several times, sometimes daily, about this health hazard was no concern of theirs--meanwhile, i'm living in it!! i should have brought the city and/or lawyers in to help get their butts in gear.
