We are here since August 2006. Comparing with some other apartment complexes around, this place is relatively good. Location is convenient and green, and the maintanance staff is helpful. However, there are too many dogs around. They probably allow to keep dogs, so if you like these animals, you won't have problems. Otherwise - don't move here. Also, you will certainly have problems with your car and parking: limited number of spots, no covered parking, all parking spots are too sunny meaning your car will often experince overheating (no trees around), and terrible speed bumps across driveways.

How can you complain about parking? The apartments cover 20 acres of land - and it's all open parking. Also, the property is covered in trees... I don't know how you can miss the nice landscaping, it is one of Traver Knoll's best features! Feel free to park wherever, because you'll never not have a spot.

Well, I can't agree with you. All trees are too far from parking spots, and as it was mentioned car overheating is a big problem... Decent apartments should provide covered parking spots for residents.

Dogs are a slight bother, but I'd say "Beware of Deer!". There were often small groups of deer grazing, wandering across the pavement, and occasionally running fast through Traver Knoll this fall. Keep your kids back - Bambi was pretend; real deer are big wild animals.

Tree-shaded parking spots are a mixed blessing - nice in hot & sunny weather, but not so nice when birds and storms are bringing splats and broken branches down on your car.

My balcony overlooks a puny speed bump - kinda noisy, but so were the cars racing down that straghtaway before the speed bump was installed.

Parking seems fine to me, but I'm not bothered at having to walk the length of the building.

We do hear dogs, living in our building. Moreover, we can't enjoy our patio anymore, because these dogs are running around without muzzles and barking. They also leave plenty of excrements just under the windows.
