This apartment complex is definitely one of the nicest in Ann Arbor. The apartments may cost more, however they are well worth it. In response to one of the postings regarding parking, the property is on 20 acres of land, there is PLENTY of nice parking, and beautyful trees. The apartment sizes are excellent, some of them have more square footage than a small house! The office staff is very nice and the maintenance staff is wonderful. The only thing that is negative (to some) is the train that passes through. Other than that, if you are a graduate student, I would recommend this place! It is really quiet and conducive to a learning atmosphere.
