I have lived here for four years and was spoiled by Mike and Marie's fabulous management. The new management has improved and does a good job though. I've had my fair share of maintenence problems (dishwasher flooded the kitchen, stove wiring shorted, problems with the shower) but they are always fixed in a timely manner. My rent has actually come down because the new management offers a discount for UM students. The storage space is great and the laundry is almost always available and you do not have to walk outside to get to the laundry area. The hallways are always clean and the residents are quiet. Recently there was an issue where a few cars were broken into but generally this place has a very safe feel. The pool is always cold because there is a lot of shade and the snow removal this winter was not always the greatest. When we got a foot of snow on New Year's Eve it took over 36 hours for them to remove it. Overall though, this has been a good place to live and I am only moving because I need to live closer to work.

Would not agree. Rooms are dark and box like with low ceilings. Very liitle natural light in unit. Have to deal with ---- management who never reply to you. Too many dogs and the train wakes you up in the middle of the night. Only live here idf you cant afford any where else. One upside is the area is nice.

This tenant was fortunate in his/her dealings with the management. Mine dealings have not been pleasant.

This tenant had a great luck. My experience of dealing with the leasing office was totally painful.

rent will never go down, repairs are done in poor quality at best. the storage space gets water/mold in it. only 3 washer's for over 20 units per building. safety well your on your own, break in's on cars , & domestic drama/noise are common. the pool is NOT heated , ill maintained & closed a lot in the summer
