I sent all complaints via email and most were received. However, when I sent my 30-day notice to vacate,-it was lost. Yo make matters worse, I had deleted all my emails from the semester in which I attended school. I am now charged a full month's rent for them losing the email.

If you are a member of UM and sent that notice through UM server/emailbox, there is still a chance you can get the evidence. Usually, the IT support of UM will backup everything for 1 year, even you delected it.
