I am very unsatisfied with Traver Knolls current management. They are never responsive to maintenance calls and never keep to a promise. Currently, the dish washer, oven, shower, toilet, and air conditioner doesn't work in our apartment. I have contacted maintenance about these issues and there's never any follow up. They also lied to us about our leasing agreement. Very very bad place in my family's opinion.
