I thought this place would be my home but it's been very stressful living here do to the lack of concern and care of the grounds, that are loaded with dog poop. Large dog poop. Even simple works orders never get processed. What I dislike the most is the constant changes in policies. You can come home to almost any request of demands to one of there quick thoughts for change. If there is anything that must be corrected and you don't move fast enough you get fined $25 dollars a day. Don't ask for anything New or anything to get repaired because you will lose out. There are so many negatives around here that it's very difficult to focus on the surrounding beauty. Times are tough right now and you don't need to live in a place that makes it tougher. I wish I had the means to move. Traver Knoll is not my home! It's a very stressful and nerve racking place to lay my head!
