When I first moved in, I had no problem with the place then things started to go wrong. When people in my building move out, they would do renovations without letting other residents know. The apartment above me was getting new floor and the banging caused things to break in my apartment. When I talked to the staff they said "this is necessary, take things off your walls". I could understand that if things hadn't ALREADY broken. When my shower was clogged the first week I moved in, I called maintenance. They trekked through my house with muddy boots on and then got in my shower and used MY plunger to "solve the problem". Still a problem and that was almost a year ago. I have had bugs like crazy that were "taken care of". Once I locked myself out of the apartment and needed a key. I walked to the office and was given a key no questions asked...scary! Parking is awful. Plowing is rarely done and parking is not adequate. Definitely use the money for a better place.
