I live At Charlton, which is managed by the same co., people who are in charge of Traver Knoll. Considering myself as picky as it gets so does anyone who knows me, it is such a relief to have these people to deal with! Certainly "perfect" doesn't exist, but these gals are as close as I've ever been! I was at another complex for 16 yrs. & was not as well "cared" for as I am here as a new resident (going on 3 yrs.)! Maintenance is exceptional & the ladies in the office are caring and helpful. This is a really tough position since they are the go-betweens of the residents and owners/management company - I feel they strike the perfect balance. I have had multiple exchanges with the "head" manager & never been disappointed and especially like the newest member of the team: Christine, she's a doll - smart, efficient and delightful to deal with. I will be here as long as I live in the state and readily recommend these sites to anyone who is looking for a happy home.

I am not a manager, but a happy resident - no, things aren't perfect, but what is. This team does about as good a job as it gets from my perspective & it seems important to remember they are in between residents needs, desires, demands and the owner & corporate manager who want to squeeze as much money out for as little put in as possible - a really tough position. Hope things get better for you soon.
