Extremely bad management

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2009
 
It was a nice place two years ago, but now I see that the new team of managers is planning to fine their residents for everything. And they don't do their own work properly! We will move out of here as soon as we can. Definitely NOT RECOMMENDED!!!
