I lived in TK for two years (2007 Aug to 2009 May). I absolutely loved my apartment, it was extremely spacious (2 bedroom) and the balcony was quite large also. The rent was good for what we got. I loved the quiet surroundings and the creek and the birds and the rabbits, ample parking, nice neighbors, closeness to the bus line...

Now.. the leasing office staff is a different story. We must have gotten at least 7 notices because we didn't pay rent on time. The only problem was that we paid rent on time every month. We get the notice, then we go to the offie, they say it was a mistake, we go home, we get another notice few days later with more fines, they say they will tell xyz about it, you get the idea. Once we had to write a letter to the main management to stop these threatning eviction letters.

There is absolutely no communication between people who work at the office. The only way to remedy this situation is to get rid of all of them and hire new staff.

After we moved out, we got our security deposit back with $150 deducted for something that we already wrote on our moving-in list. I gave them a call, left a voice mail, no reply. I am out of town currently, but I will be visiting them tomorrow...

I would live there again (hope they didn't have to add this utility fee) even with the horrible management because I loved the apartment so much. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH
