Not worth the money

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
Family housing is expensive for what you get. The buildings are extremely old (so old that most wall outlets don't have a ground socket). The University takes care of the buildings well, but overall it's not worth the yearly increasing rates and forfeit of "homestead" tax refund.
