Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
This place is good, but the walls are WAAAYY too thin. If you have a subwoofer of anysort...no matter how small, you will get complaints for the noise that creates.

We got a noise violation the FIRST DAY WE MOVED IN!!!

Maintenance is prompt though, rent is high, but they are losing tenants, so they are actually reducing rent as of this posting.
