This place absolutely sucked.
They overcharge you for rent.
I feel sorry for international students who come to UofM and want to be really close to campus.
The only "few" positives this place had was:
A nice view. (15 floor facing sw ann arbor)
Being on South U. (food and games)
Being on campus (good if you oversleep for class)
But thats about it on the positives.
Do not live here if you have a car.
The elevator...disaster.
On ramdom occasions there was crap in bags left in the elevator.
Apt is kinda cheap. Like a college project housing.
For the price you can stay at a nice, bigger apt, and have parking.
Security deposit...
$300 to remove a stain on the carpet'
$300 to remove a stain on the table'
C'mon thats a rip off.
A simple wipe of some cleaner will thake care of that.
