Great location, apt's okay.

This is a great place to live if you don't have a car. The apartments are okay, but better than the houses I've had to live in. Maintanance and staff are friendly and they do a good job of keeping up the building. I can honestly say that this is a good place to live during school. The apartment price is equal compared to the houses, but the apartments are secure and much better.
