This place is a dump. With the amount of work that needs to be done to this place it needs to be condemned. The water pressure in the bathrooms is terrible. Our shower head was basically broken for the entire year even after maintenance claimed they fixed it. It shot out two tiny streams of either burning hot water or freezing cold (no in between). The floor in the shower had permanent black mold on it that appeared as if someone had painted over it. This caused the paint on the floor to constantly peel and for more orange mold to constantly grow in the shower. As a result we had to wear shower shoes in our own shower. At one point in time for some mysterious reason our apartment became infested with house flies that we could not get rid of. We couldn't even eat in the apartment without being attacked by 20 flies at once. This went on for about a month until they finally went away. The walls are paper thin so you can har what's going on above, below and adjacent to you at all times. My closet door was missing for the entire year even though I complained to 3 or 4 times about it. The blinds in my roommates room fell on top of her while she was sleeping one night. The elevators were constantly breaking down and if they "worked" the doors would shut on people when the tried to walk out. This place should be known as the projects of Ann Arbor!
