I spent a summer there (2004). When they asked for a list of defects in the apartment, we had three type-written pages including cracks in wall, low water pressure, fixtures rusted. In short, it looked like students had been living ther for 35 years. Maintenence was fine.

The thing that left a sour taste in my mind was that three days before I left, there was a very nasty note saying I should have left already and that they were going to send the police and throw all my stuff out. The manager later apologized saying she had gotten the dates mixed up.
