welcome to university towers, the projects of ann arbor. my apartment had been broken into 3 times by maintenance. stuff was stolen,damaged and left in dissaray. the bastards made a key so they could ---- around in there whenever they wanted to. not only that, there is no parking, the elevators constantly break down, you have no privacy, its not clean, its old and expensive, it's excruciatingly hot in the summer, im talking 100 in your room unless you leave the air on and freezing in the winter since you pay for heating but dont get to control it.
