Funny how people don't like other people, just because they got caught or charged in the previous case matter. I lived at University Towers for two years and left the apartment how I found it when I moved in and didn't get charged one dime. Neither did my friend and neighbor, so somebody just got lucky or they were charged for damages that were actually done''' Just thought I'd share that with whom ever reads these things...

Dear "Anonymous", why did you stay so long? It only took me one year to figure out that I didn't like my old apartment. :) Duh!!!
