Over 12 months I paid over $12,000 total in rent. Had a single studio. Was a transfer, didn't know better.
University Towers rewarded me with throwing out half of my stuff because I was a few hours late to clean it out on my end date.
-overpriced
-heat was off for days in winter
-my garbage disposal exploded food everywhere
-moldy
-stinky
-rude management (except for Blair)
-a bathroom mirror once fell on me and cut my legs; they did nothing to help and did not even apologize
-so overpriced for the size and even for the location
-South University is a loud and semi-annoying street to live on
-ugly UGLY building (color scheme, carpeting, walls, lack of windows, old budget 1960s panels and windows)
-loud (could hear street noise on 16th floor due to cheap windows and wall thickness/insulation)
-not a green building, inefficient energy use (AC bill so high)
-washing machines often broken/ate my money, also overpriced
DO NOT LIVE HERE IF YOU WANT TO BE HAPPY/SAFE.

this young girl showed up at U. Towers a week after her lease was over and wondered where her things were. Lucky for her most of her things were still in the apartment and she got them back. This is the thanks we got????
