Great if you love Bubble Island. Otherwise, not so much.

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
I lived in a two-bedroom apt in UTowers for a year. It was OK at best.
PROs:
-Great location
-Free internet
-Friendly front desk staff
-Decent enough maintenance crew
CONs:
-Overpriced (like everything else close to campus)
-No parking lot
-Elevators are slow and creaky
-Lots of noise from the street and from your neighbors
-Hallways smell like asian food all the time
-Furniture and fixtures are pretty cheap-looking
-Seems like everyone had a problem with water leaks in the bathroom from the bathroom one floor up
