Worst move-in experience. Rust, peeling paint, hair and insects. Arrived here after 20hr flight only to find out there was a bunch of hair all over the apartment, Maintenance supervisor Mike here yelled at me because all of my requests were non-emergency, and that he had checked that my apt was clean 1 month ago. Basically,he had implied that the tenant is a liar, and that he has the right to decide which should be fixed and which is not needed to be fixed. I have never had such a rude encounter with a maintenance personnel when I am paying $1000 a month.

Signed contract over the internet because leasing manager sent photos which turned out to be a better, photoshopped version of my studio.

Seriously, flies in the bathtub' Cracked ceilings' Do not live here. Maintenance supervisor disrespects students by yelling at them when we are tenants paying for his salary. I have never been so humiliated in my life.

Kimberly, we spent three days trying to please with no luck and finally asked you to leave without penalty. This is a more acurate account of what happened. And you yelled at the Maintenace Director not the other way around.
