The previous posters are right on the money. When I moved in my apartment was dirty and had not been cleaned. Management says it was cleaned and they sent a maintenance guy up to vacuum and wipe off counter tops. That really helped. My mom and I had to clean that apartment for hours before we could even start moving in. They don't paint the apartments, the walls don't even get cleaned-yuck. The carpets don't get cleaned either, and that seems to be the same for the hallways too. Now I know to insist on seeing the exact apartment I will be renting before signing a lease. That was just move in, living there wasn't great and I couldn't wait to move. During the winter they constantly come into your apartment to make sure your windows are closed. You have to open your windows though because the heat is so bad you can't stand it. The water pressure is TERRIBLE, and no matter how many times you make a request to get it fixed it stays the same, a trickle. Not only is the water pressure bad, but you can't depend on getting hot water or water at all. They're always turning the water off to fix something. In short stay away from this place. The model they show you looks great but the real apartments are like ghettos. If you rent here you'll be paying penthouse prices for a slum.
